In Newfoundland, you will find an ancient landscape with a wild beauty found nowhere else. Our travel curators and mindfulness guide will lead you through a gently immersive experience of the very best Newfoundland has to offer. You will see, hear, feel, and taste this new wondrous place in ways only those born and raised in this unique culture and geography and trained in mindful awareness techniques could provide.

Our certified mindfulness guide Dr. Brian Dower (a retired chiropractor and proud Newfoundlander himself) will introduce you to the invigorating benefits of mindful attentiveness.  Learn the pleasure of new experiences experienced in new ways.

Let us – and this place – pamper you and challenge you. The daily mindfulness practice will teach you how to be attentive to new experiences and old comforts in ways you never thought possible. Each day, Dr. Brian will introduce you to different mindfulness skills and techniques in focused tutorial sessions and then guide you through opportunities to put those into practice in hikes along breathtaking ocean trails, foraging expeditions with local chefs, explorations of some of Newfoundland’s best-kept secrets, and, of course, dining on specially prepared meals by award-winning local chefs.
